| We have over 30 years of experience in die design, die building and die maintenance, which allows us to surpass our competition when working with complex forms and bends, drawn parts, extrusions and coined areas. Our progressive dies are created to utilize sensors to aid in complex timing issues, defect detection, stock thickness and much more. All of our progressive dies have a unique maintenance schedule that uses SPC feedback data. This ensures that all of our manufacturing specifications are within tolerance from prototype design to production. Chirch Global Manufacturing accepts both SolidWorks and AutoCAD file types and utilizes the latest in Logo Press software for strip layout and design. “We build quality into the tool which in turn builds quality into the final part.” |
